How to reach us
- Phone — [phone]. Quickest way, and the way most people book.
- Email — [email protected]. Send photos of the leaves and stems and we will tell you if it is knotweed.
- Hours — Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm, Saturday mornings. Site visits usually booked within a few working days.
- Where we work — Salford and the towns around it across M5, M6, M7, M27, M28 and M30.
If you have a deadline such as completion, a mortgage offer or a builder's start date, say so when you get in touch.
What to have ready when you call
- The postcode and where on the property it is growing
- Why it matters now — a sale, a purchase, a lender, a neighbour or planned building work
- A few photos: the whole plant, a leaf and a stem close up
- Any deadlines — exchange date, mortgage offer, groundworks start
